The
secret of sustained success
This course explores
the ‘Cycle of Self-Esteem’ which suggests that we have to know and
accept ourselves before we can make effective changes in our lives and that
with change and growth there is increased self-esteem.
During the course you
will have the opportunity to ‘get to know yourself’, to look at and to
assess your level of self-esteem and to discover your hidden or spiritual
self. There will be exercises to begin to develop self-acceptance and
self-knowledge, and inspirations and practical ideas for creating change in
your life.
You
will learn:

The causes of poor
self-esteem

How to identify
areas of strength and weakness in yourself

How to develop a
sense of self worth based on your inner self and not on superficial
attributes

Learn methods to
deal practically with negative emotions and feelings about yourself

Increase your
confidence by cultivating your strengths through visualisation and
meditation
The course runs one session
per week, over a 4-week period, on Saturday afternoons.
