Positive Thinking

Transform Yourself
Be the most positive person you know.

A four-week course in Positive Thinking
‘You are what you think’ - a simple but very accurate statement. What we say, what we do, what we feel – all have their origin in the mind. The energy of the human mind is thought. It is possibly one of the greatest, but least understood energy resources of the universe.
Thought is like a seed; each thought producing its own distinctive flower and fruit. In other words, thoughts can be creative or destructive, loving or spiteful, depressed or happy. When we understand and harness this energy of the mind, then we can be the masters of our life, producing those ‘fruits’ which give us the most happiness and contentment.

The aim of the course is to give an introduction to the understanding of our mind and through this, to bring positive change into our lives. We will also gain experiences and learn methods, which we can use to be more positive at home, at work and in our relationships.

1) Getting to know my mind
Exploring the mind and the power of thought, we look at how to create positive thoughts and change old patterns of thinking.

2) Being free of influence
How can we be free of the many things that influence us at home and at work and still respond with respect?

3) Developing positive self-awareness
Looks at the energy that drives our thinking, whether this is an internal or external force and considering our true identity.

4) Creating my own reality
Looking at freedom as a basic right and being responsible for one’s actions. What implications do spiritual laws have for the way we think and act?

The course runs one session per week, over a 4-week period, either on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
